Wheelabrator Skew Roll #SR 6002

Wheelabrator Skew Roll Shot Blast Machine designed for continuous processing of pipe, tube, bar, shafts, and other cylindrical components up to 16" diameter. The skew-roll conveyor rotates and advances the workpiece through the blast chamber for consistent 360° surface coverage.

The system features a 20 HP blast wheel drive, integrated abrasive recovery with bucket elevator, 1 HP elevator drive, and 2 HP conveyor drive with reducer. The machine is equipped with approximately 21 skew rolls, along with dedicated loading and unloading conveyor stands and perimeter safety guarding.

This is a heavy-duty automated blasting system well suited for rust and scale removal, surface preparation, and cleaning of cylindrical steel products. Wheelabrator's skew-roll technology is specifically intended for automated blasting of cylindrical products.
