Blastec 10' Plate

Blastec Plate & Structural Shot Blast Machine designed for high-production cleaning and surface preparation of large steel plate and structural components. This system is built to handle substantial steel products while providing consistent abrasive coverage and reliable automated operation.

The machine accommodates plate up to 135" wide and 4" thick and features a 20" H × 54" W structural opening for processing structural steel components. It is equipped with four direct-drive blast wheels for powerful and efficient abrasive coverage.

The system includes approximately 30' of entrance and exit roller conveyor, providing ample material handling capacity for large structural components. Additional equipment includes a recirculating abrasive media system, pulse-jet dust collector, and PLC controls.

The machine has been very well maintained and presents an excellent opportunity for a production facility looking for a heavy-duty plate and structural steel blasting system.
