Blast Chamber is an 8 ft x 8 ft x 20 ft shipping container professionally converted into a blast chamber. The interior is lined with replaceable rubber mining belts, providing superior wall protection while significantly reducing noise levels during operation. The chamber is equipped with an exhaust and dust collection system to maintain visibility, improve operator safety, and keep the workspace cleaner.

Powering the operation is a 200 HP Ingersoll Rand IRN200H-OF oil-free compressor, capable of producing up to 800 CFM of clean compressed air. As a pharmaceutical-grade oil-free unit, it delivers contaminant-free air with no risk of oil carryover, making it ideal for high-quality blasting applications where air purity is critical.

To ensure maximum air quality and blasting efficiency, the system also includes:

• Ingersoll Rand 600 CFM regenerative desiccant dryer (non-heated)
• 800 CFM inline water separator
• Two inline particulate filters
• 1,550-gallon wet storage tank
• 600-gallon holding tank
