2021 MB1806 Plastic De-flashing Machine in excellent condition, designed for precision finishing of molded plastic parts. Equipped with four VK Powermax 1300 blast wheels using hard plastic media instead of steel shot, this system delivers efficient and consistent de-flashing while protecting delicate components. Features include individual VFD-controlled 10 HP wheels, PLC automation, anti-static spray system, air blow-off, shot reclaim system, and durable AR500 cabinet construction. The 18” mesh belt conveyor handles parts up to 6” high with minimum part dimensions of 2.5” x 2.5”, operating at adjustable belt speeds from 3–15 FPM for maximum process flexibility.
