Reclaim Blast Room

This 18.5' x 8.5' reclaim blasting room is a complete industrial abrasive blasting system built for efficient, high-production operation. The setup includes a freshly rebuilt Schmidt 6.5 cu. ft. blast pot equipped with an electric deadman control and Thompson Valve 2 for dependable blasting performance and operator safety.

The reclaim system features an abrasive storage hopper, bucket elevator with integrated media wash, and a floor auger feed system that continuously recovers and recycles blasting media back into the process. A powerful Donaldson Torit 6000 CFM dust collector with 14-inch ductwork provides effective dust extraction for cleaner operation and improved visibility inside the blast room.

The auger and elevator are powered by dual 2 HP motors, while the dust collector utilizes a 10 HP motor. All components operate on 230V 3-phase power. Safety gear is included, making this a ready-to-run solution.
