The Pangborn ES-1821-125 Blast Compartment is a heavy-duty shot blasting system designed for efficient top and bottom cleaning. Equipped with four 25 HP blast wheels in a 2-top / 2-bottom configuration, through a 72" wide by 18" high opening with a powered roller conveyor system.

The system includes a complete media reclaim package featuring powered reclaim augers, elevator bucket system, blow-off station with 10 air nozzles, and a rotary brush station for effective abrasive recovery and part cleaning. A 20-foot powered exit conveyor with integrated reclaim augers provides smooth material handling and continuous production capability.
