2008 Blastec 10' Plate

2008 Blastec Plate Conveyor Blast Machine in exceptional, essentially never-used condition. This heavy-duty system is equipped with four 25 HP blast wheels and a 10-foot-wide plate conveyor, providing substantial blasting capacity for demanding industrial applications.

The system includes 50 feet of powered entrance conveyor and 50 feet of powered exit conveyor, providing smooth and efficient material handling. It also includes a dust collector and air blow-off system to help remove debris and keep processed material clean.

To the best of our knowledge, the machine may have been operated briefly; however, no personnel at the facility had any knowledge of the machine ever being used. Based on our inspection, the machine appears to have seen little to no actual production use.

Condition Notes:

• We are fairly certain the control panel will need to be returned to Blastec for PLC reprogramming.
• We would recommend replacing the dust collector filter cartridges.
• During our inspection, we did not identify any other apparent mechanical or operational issues.
• The machine has been stored and shows some surface dirt from storage, but a thorough power washing and cleaning would significantly improve its appearance.

This is a substantial Blastec system that appears to have had very limited, if any, production use and represents an excellent opportunity for a buyer looking for a heavy-duty plate conveyor blast machine.
